“Quinta das Gralhas“ is situated near the quaint village of S. Paio (São Paio). It is an oasis of rest; space, comfort and privacy spread over nine hectares. It offers a fantastic view of the Torre (± 2000 m.) and other mountains in the nature reservation “ Serra da Estrela” .
 “Quinta das Gralhas” is built on a former Portuguese farm surrounded by olive orchards and a small river. The farm contains a bungalow park and an area for camping along with a cosy centre with a bar, small shops, a restaurant and swimming pools.
Approximately 5 km from “Quinta das Gralhas” is the town of Gouveia; also know as the “Garden City” because of the beautiful gardens and playgrounds. There are many things to enjoy here, museums, traditional Portuguese houses and churches. You can also visit the zoo, where flora and fauna from the region are exhibited. The weekly market is definitely worth a visit.

By plane
Porto (200 km), Lisbon (300 km), Madrid (400 km).
From Porto you can travel by train to Mangualde and from there take a taxi to S.Paio. It is also possible to rent a car at the airport and arrive by car .
By train / bus
Direct train connections via Paris - Irun to Celorico da Beira, and from there take a taxi to S.Paio. To travel by bus please consult with your travel agency.
