The villa’s and grounds are detached, each has a unique layout of 250 m². The villa’s are built in a traditional Portuguese style with up to date insulation and fittings and are large enough to accommodate 4 to 6 people in comfort.

1. The deposit for villa's is EUR 250,00 per villa and has to be paid before the renting period
2. Prices for mid weeks and / or weekends are on application.
3. Long weekend: Fr (15.00 o’clock) – Sat – Sun – Mon ( departure before 12.00 o’clock)
4. Midweek: Mon (15.00 uur) – Tu – Wed – Thu – Fri ( departure before 12.00 o’clock)
5. Week : Arrival Friday after 15:00 uur, departure Friday before 10:00 o’clock
(different times in consultation).
6. Domestic animals are not allowed in all of the bungalows, please ask before renting !!
7. A down-payment of 30% of the total renting-amount + EUR 20 administration-fee is required.
